At Matt Williford Fine Art Nature Photography, every piece is produced to order using museum-quality materials and crafted to the highest archival standards. Each print is created specifically for its collector, making every purchase unique.

For this reason, all sales are final.

Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size or material selection
Personal preference
Buyer's remorse
Orders placed in error

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the artwork
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement of the same artwork will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

Lost Shipments

If your order is lost during transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement will be produced and shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Color & Material Variations

Every effort is made to accurately represent each artwork. However, slight variations in color, brightness, and finish may occur due to monitor settings, display calibration, and the characteristics of different print materials. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Limited Editions

Limited edition artwork is produced in strictly limited quantities. Once production has begun, editions cannot be exchanged for a different image, size, or material.
