Service Description
To secure your spot in this workshop, a deposit is required at registration. If booking within 30 days of the workshop start date, full payment is necessary to confirm your reservation. Final payments are due 45 days before the workshop start date. If we do not receive payment by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and offer the spot to another participant. In case of cancellation, please submit written notice, and the following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellations made 45 days or more before the workshop: Deposit plus a $50 per person administrative fee. Cancellations within 45 days of the workshop start date: The full trip fee is non-refundable. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the workshop, itinerary changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Russell Graves reserves the right to cancel the workshop for any reason.
